Administrative Support Assistant – Part-time

Schedule: 15-20 hours/week during core business hours of 8-4:30 on weekdays.  Must be able to work when office manager is out of office, which will vary based on client commitments. Start/end time may vary unless covering for office manager.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Support Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the HVA team. Duties include a variety of general administrative and project-based work.  This position is the first point of contact for visitors to the HVA office and callers and requires a professional image through both in-person and phone interaction.  In addition to being organized and able to multitask, this role requires someone with a strong work ethic who can work with minimal supervision.
